Section 125 “cafeteria” Plan
A section 125 plan allows employers to take certain employee deductions such as health and dental insurance from the employee’s gross pay. Doing so saves the employee income and fica taxes and savings the employer matching fica deductions. We offer this service at no charge for our clients
